About us
Open Arms Christian Development Center is a ministry of Immanuel Lutheran Church. It was established in 2007. Open Arms works closely with Immanuel to give children not only education of academics, but education of God's love for all people.
We enroll children from as young as 6 weeks old to 6 years old. Our summer and winter camps accept children up to 10 years old.
Chapel
Every Monday, our Toddler classes through Pre-K classes spend time in our church to hear weekly messages and make personal connections to God through Bible stories, songs and activities. Messages are lead by our teachers, administration and Pastor.
Enrichment Programs
We offer Art, Spanish, Music and SEL for all age groups. Ms. Katherine and Ms. Adriana, our Specials Leads, work with a very well rounded curriculum to teach all of our little ones. These classes are included in your weekly tuition.
We also have two wonderful programs, Soccer Shots and Kido Kinetics, that come to the center to get our kiddos moving and grooving. They utilize our gymnasium or field depending on the weather. Camps
Here at Open Arms we offer Winter and Summer camps for children 6 years old to 10 years old. The camps are offered during operating hours at Open Arms from 7am-6pm. We offer a balance of learning, games and activities.
Winter camp enrollment opens November 1st. Summer camp enrollment opens January 1st.
Gross Motor Areas
Open Arms is blessed with a full gymnasium, a big field, two playgrounds (one for Toddler age and one for 2+) and a fenced in grassy area for extra areas to play and for water days during the summer. click to schedule a tour
